It is an open source leaked version of the software sold in Telegram groups for $50.
It was compromised through social engineering.
The seller already sells it this way. No cracking was done.
You can use it completely free of charge and can change the SMS confirmation provider.
It is the newest version. I know Telethon restricted python account creation in a previous update.
I think this is the only software that works right now.
